"Right before Thanksgiving we detected a leak from our upstairs toilet between our floors; and our dishwasher died. I contacted AWP through their web site; the response and scheduling were prompt. Vlad showed up on time, listened, understood the issue, explained what he was going to do then carefully fixed it. Later that day, the Home Depot crew came in to install our new dishwasher and could not complete the job. Vlad was back later that day - on a Friday - and took charge. As calm and unflappable as the first time he took care of doing everything just right. I would definitely hire AWP again. Very few professionals I have dealt with project and deliver such peace of mind."

"Aces Four installed a sewer cleanout and hydrojetted my sewer line to clean what was diagnosed as "soft blockage". They did this for half the cost of another bid, and also ran a sewer scope. I was very pleased with this work. However, the sewer scope revealed another issue further down the line causing slow draining. Because of water in the line they were not able to make a definitive diagnosis, and the blockage was too far to reach with a snake. Still, they recommended digging out the line at about $8,000. Later I found another plumber willing to attach two snakes together to clear that blockage. After that was cleared, sewer scope revealed cracks/holes that can be sealed without digging out the line for under $4,000. On one hand I really appreciate the job they did for me, and I can understand that they could not make a proper diagnosis with the water in the line. But they did not offer alternative solutions, so I had to call someone else to figure out the issue. Still, I would call them in the future, and in fact just recently did that."

Two plumbers arrived on time. It took them about 4 hours to do the installation.  When I installed the extension cords, the following day, I noticed the heat tape had come off several of the pipes.  I contacted the company.  The owner did not hesitate asking me when he could send out a person to fix the problem.  The plumber that fixed the problem arrived on time and did an excellent repair.

The only reason I rated them 'B' is due to the initial installation problem.  Their immediate response to the problem, and their repair deserves an A+

"Worked with Deep to schedule the service. I have used Vortex to replace my sink faucet. Brian came out and replaced the garbage disposal. I purchased the special they had for installing and providing the garbage disposal. Brian did a great job."

"I called Hagee this morning at 815 am and at 2.30 the same afternoon the sink is working, the clog gone, and the kitchen is all cleaned up.  Caleb did an amazing job fixing everything up, plus he cleaned up the space and corrected my husband's slight plumbing error.   Caleb let me know he was on his way, and then left me with his business card should we need anything else.

He highly recommended the hydro clean, and I am planning to schedule that sooner rather than later.  Everyone I spoke with at Hagee was fabulous.  Thank you Caleb and Hagee team.

"They messed around for about 2 hours and final tried to snake the pipe off the kitchen drain. There was an obvious blockage so bad that the snake couldn't budge it. (so they said). They said that I needed to replace the pipes to the tune of $4800.00. They then handed me a bill for $400 for services rendered. They left and I now have a larger problem than when first they arrived. Appears that when they put the snake down, it interrupted the clog and now beside water, I have this black smelly flakes coming up the drains in my sinks. I called the company the next day and asked to speak to Zack (their plumber). I wanted to ask him for a price to just replace a section of the pipe. Well, he never returned my call. I assumed that Innovative did not want my business. I would not call them for help again. My pipes are being replaced as I speak. Oh, this plumber is charging one third of their bid. So take this review and really consider it before you hire them."

"White glove treatment is the best way to describe how Kitchen's Plus handled my kitchen project. From my first meeting with the designer to my final punch list review everything went very well. No high pressure sales, quality products/materials, and fantastic attention to detail and commitment to customer service. My PM, Tim Burr, made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Even coming out on a Saturday morning to deal with a small drip from the kitchen sink. Regarding commitment to excellence, the tile installer noticed small imperfections on the back splash tile. He would not install an inferior product and ordered all new tile. I plan on using Kitchen's Plus again when I get around to remodeling my bathroom."

"Disappointed. Sound Tile and Grout was on the pricer side and I definitely did not feel that I received what I paid for. Part of the initial install was done poorly (more joints than necessary, see picture) and required the provider to return to reinstall portions of the tile which I was charged extra for. The provider did not clean up at the end of each day nor was the area thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. The provider left pieces of tile on our front sidewalk and a track of dirt and debris down our stairwell. Grout haze was also not fully removed. At the end of the day the completed install did turn out well, but I would not recommend this company due to the above concerns."

Best contractor one could find?Sean Carlstrom and Jerry Williams did all work, themselves, except for drywall, spackling, and granite fabrication and installation. The construction industry recognizes three grades of quality, Good, Better, and Best. Carlstrom does only ?Best.?

I got three estimates. The first was ?Good? in that the contractor wanted to install his standard kitchen on a cost plus basis. The second was ?Better? in that the contractor wanted to do all work, himself, in accordance with our wishes but seemed to lack a full understanding of the scope of the job. Only estimator Jim Sittler and owner Sean Carlstrom were able to grasp the full scope of our project and give us a fair bid for ?Best? quality. They did this with a firm contract.

Carlstrom referred to the plans consistently and never varied. If a question cropped up, they asked and complied with the decision with no sign of resistance or anxiety.

If you're looking for a company run by someone who understands what customer service looks like, call Perma-Dry. 4 years ago we worked with Perma-Dry to install an internal basement footing drain system - they were prompt, responsive, and did a great job. We've had zero issues. We recently discovered an issue with an old external drainage system (not installed by Perma-Dry) which backed up during a thunderstorm. When I discovered the issue, I called Ryan (owner) to get some help; he showed up at 9am on a Saturday (his day off) and spent 5 hours with me troubleshooting the issue and coming up with a temporary fix until he could get a crew out to install a permanent fix. He not only was a huge help, but his attitude was incredible - he was actually having fun working on his day off. In the 12 years I've owned my house, I've worked with dozens of contractors and never had an experience like that. True customer service is a lost art, Ryan and his team have shown us twice that they understand how to take care of customers and care enough to do the right thing."
