"I didn't do any price comparison. I got to tell you, when they installed my furnace, it was really kind of funny because it was a Friday and they were here until pretty late, and after they left, it all quit. So I called them, and they said we'll send somebody out, and then in a few minutes, it started working again, so I called them back and said since it's the weekend coming up and I don't need either heat or A/C, that Monday was fine. On Monday they came out and the problem there was a little something that was filling up with water and once it was full, it turned everything off. They said they had to order a new part, so if it quits working again, just give it a kick. I did, and it brought it back on. They were very responsive. I just thought it was funny as I'll get out. To give it a kick was just funny. Well I have the air conditioning and heat all hooked together there, and so it was the water from the air conditioning that was going into something that wasn't quite the right size. I really like them so do not mark them down because of that! I always feel that the things tell about somebody is if there's a problem how well they go about fixing it."

"This company is so thorough, professional, timely and money well spent! I realized I have never really had my air ducts cleaned by other companies correctly. The quality of the air in my house has made such a difference, no more sneezing, watery eyes, coughing. I highly recommend Best Air Duct Services."

"Installed within days, other bids were weeks or months out. they were out during ice storm to fix problem that arose"

"I feel I was overcharged for installation of an air vent under my sink. I was charged over $400 for what looked to me like a $250 job max. I also do not like being charged amounts that include TV advertising costs because I have no use for any TV advertising. Otherwise they did good work and gave me valuable advice."

"Alex and Luis just finished doing a furnace service and duct cleaning on my condo. They did a fabulous job fixed and cleaned everything even came back and vacuumed some smuts left from them cleaning a high ceiling vent. Would highly recommend this business especially Alex and Luis. No heavy handed sales tactics either which was nice. Thanks again!"

"Free quote. Quick response. Professional installation of a mini split. Would recommend."

"The general manager called me to understand the problem and he was able to send out a technician next day to my residence to help with our mini split ductless HVAC system. The technician was young but clearly experienced and was able to deduce a very simple and immediately fixable filter problem that ended up solving our issue (which we thought was a leak!). He saved us a ton of time and money. In comparison, a few days before, we had hired a well known, $$$ HVAC technician to figure out what was going on - he took 4x as long and charged a bunch more money and he did not find the filter at fault. In fact, they were going to charge us $12,000 to do a leak detection and repair. So, we are so appreciative of NW Expert Heating! Thank you Virgil!"

"Installed a ductless system and a gas wall heater. Very professional!"
