The technician was young but clearly experienced and was able to deduce a very simple and immediately fixable filter problem that ended up solving our issue (which we thought was a leak!). He saved us a ton of time and money. In comparison, a few days before, we had hired a well known, $$$ HVAC technician to figure out what was going on - he took 4x as long and charged a bunch more money and he did not find the filter at fault.
