Evergreen was able to provide me same day service which was impressive and the tech Alec Smith was very professional and skilled. He had the main issue diagnosed within probably 20 minutes and had a replacement part on hand. My complaint with Evergreen and this is probably common throughout the industry is the markup they put on those replacement parts. I needed a dual run Capacitor for which I was charged approximately $175 dollars. After doing a little research I found that this is a $21 part from Grainger or Amazon. That's one **** of a mark-up. I can tolerate a mark-up because of the convenience but I feel 800% is excessive."
