Quoted for $36K for multi-zone 4-ton system. Paid in full. Very poorly installed and was left with a broken and leaking AC, broken zones, and broken controllers. 2 years of “repairs” resulted in only 2 of the issues resolved with addition $2k in service fee. I am moving on and paying out of pocket for people who know how to install ACs to actually repair it.

Top Marks. Just had our eighth annual maintenance visit from Home Comfort since buying a Lennox heat pump/ furnace HVAC system in 2015. Connor, the tech who worked on our system, was prompt, courteous, and thorough. I was especially impressed with his communications skills in updating us at each stage of the work and talking through the issues he found and how to correct them. We have been prepaying these visits for a discount price. The system has proven reliable since we owned it.

We were disappointed with the installation of a heat pump purchased through Costco. We had several problems during the installation process. Over-Tightening and Stripping: The technicians responsible for the installation tightened the blower excessively, resulting in damage to the equipment. This caused us to be without heat for several days. We had to call several times to get them to overnight the part. Electrical Issues: The electrician who worked on our electrical system encountered problems during the installation. This led to the malfunction of our hallway light and garage light. We had not experienced any issues with our electrical system for the past five years, and the electrician kept blaming the previous electrician. Poor Customer Service: To make matters worse, the electrician's follow-up service was unsatisfactory. Not only did he fail to fix the lights properly, but he also made an error that caused one of our outlets to stop working. His attitude during the service visits was unprofessional, as he repeatedly told anyone he would see, including our renter that it was our wiring at fault. We contacted them over a week ago about the issues and the manager said he would call us back once he talked to his manager. Unfortunately, we have yet to receive any follow-up or resolution.

It seems everything is great until it isn't. I held up my end of the deal, cordial and easy to work with, prepared for the workers and paid when asked. I appreciated all the staff and installers. I worked with and paid in full for the work. Now that the AC system isn't working no one will speak to me in the service dept. It makes me really sad and I thought more of this company when it started. I paid 10's of thousands of dollars and my contract, money and trust don't seem to be worth a phone call. It's been two weeks since the problem was diagnosed and my house was recently 80 degrees at 10p. When someone spends this much with your company you would think it warrant a discussion. Maybe this will help since talking to me doesn't seem to be an option.

i thought the company did a very good job. originally i justed wanted a new AC unit to be installed on my existing furnace but when the installers went in, they noted a cracked heat exchanger and showed it to me. as a result, i ended up getting a new furnace as well. overall, the installation experience went very smoothly despite this surpise. i would strongly urge any homeowner prior to considering adding a ac unit to an existing furnace to discuss what contingency there is if in fact a cracked heat exchanger is noted in the existing furnace. i thought MM comfort systems were upfront, honest, and gave me a very fair estimate on both the AC and new furnace. my installers John and Manny did a fantastic job, answered all my questions, were neat and punctual and met all my expectations. I would definitely recommend MM comfort systems for your new ac/furnace but would do my homework on any existing HVAC unit you have in your house.

For installation of a Lennox 96%-efficiency furnace, MM Comfort systems well-coordinated permitting, rebates, Costco discounts, and all, resulting in minimal hassle to me. Travin & Zach, the installers who did the on-site work, demonstrated high skills and professionalism. I can't imagine how the experience could have been better.

Good technician / installation crew. Horrible sales department. The good: The installation crew were professional and considerate. They got the wrong installation plan from sales department. Yet the crew didn't complain and suggested makeup plans. The final installation was neat. The lines/pipes are cleanly routed and wrapped. They cleanup & vacuum the floor before leaving. I really don't have much to say here, because everything was done well. (Except the wrong plan, but that's not their fault) Travin, Manolo, and John, thank you! You guys did a good job and you deserve 5 stars. The bad: The sales department is horrible. I finally got my heat pump, 7 months past original schedule. They keep saying no supply/equipment. I know that supply chain is challenging these days, and I'm open to changes of plan. It is okay as long as the change is properly communicated and alternative options are discussed. Fine. This is not entirely their fault, or I can't tell for sure. The biggest frustration is not the scheduling but the communication. Communication is within their control and is their job, right? The sales representative I worked with, Tristan, replies emails only after at least a MONTH and only with at least 3 emails and calls from me. He said he received my email, but why he doesn't reply? Not even a short message says "working on it". Phone calls are rarely picked up. Voicemail is always full, so I can't even leave him a message. How can a sales rep do a good job without smooth communication with customers? Not to mention the plan changes I have confirmation in email, was not communicated to the installation crew. I had no choice but leaving negative reviews, and that worked. They called back and scheduled installation within a week. The supply chain suddenly works now, huh? Maybe the management saw the message and went out of their way to fix the problem. If so, thanks. But my message stays the same: why a customer had to leave negative reviews publicly to escalate the issue to management? and why things can't be done right to begin with? If there was an email every week or two, or the sales proposed plan changes after two months delay. or Tristan can reply emails and fix his voicemail. If they did any of these, then none of the frustration above would happen.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The installers, Randy and Clinton, both did a great job of showing up on time, communicating with us on each step of the install. They were both friendly and informative.

The mini split system we purchased works great! I have lived in this house for over 40 years and expected the system to be good, but this is fantasic! We purchased through Costco and got a great price. The installers Mikel and Ina were efficient and friendly. They left the areas where they worked completely cleaned up! I highly recommend MM Comfort Systems!!

As advertised. MM Comfort System Team arrived and worked for the entire day replacing existing furnace and installing new whole house AC system (and new thermostat). The work was professionally done by installers Adam and Marc, and the systems are working fine. MM Comfort Systems installed our original furnace in 2004 and it has worked without issue since then. We would highly recommend MM for the quality of their work and sales/service guidance. FYI, my wife works for the King County Library System and I understand that they also use MM for their heating/ac work.

The installers (Tyler & Ryan) were punctual, provided me with updates as they were performing the installation, and the quality of their work showed. They gave me an overview of how to operate the system before leaving as well. A++

On February 24 and February 25 of this year. MM Comfort Systems install a new gas furnace and an air-conditioning unit in my house. I am writing because I am beyond happy with my experience and the result. Matt came out, looked at my situation and explained the options I had for replacing my old gas furnace. I had had a different company come explain what my options were a few years back. That fellow tried to talk me into a very expensive furnace. I have a small house and do not need a big furnace with lots of bells and whistles. Matt was very honest and helpful, and I feel I made the correct choice for me. My communication with the company was professional and helpful. Joey and Alex, the installers, showed up right on time. They were very professional. Joey was the lead. He explained what they were going to do and why and made sure I was happy with the decisions. My old gas furnace that was replaced is in the basement was across the room from where the air-conditioning unit was. I have a very low ceiling. To attach the outside air-conditioning unit to the ducks, they had to find a way to connect the unit and not obstruct head room. They did a great job. The furnace is so quiet and efficient. I’m toasty warm. The thermostat they installed is very easy to use and has useful features that my old one didn’t have. Everything about the units was explained to me. Two inspections were required. MM paid for both and set them up for me. The process of getting and installing my new units was smooth and easy. I highly recommend this company! I am so pleased with what I got and how it all went! MM Comfort Systems has been a joy to deal with, which had not been our experience with HVAC dealers previously. The back office staff is wonderful, responsive and efficient--obtaining initial estimates, scheduling the installation, arranging for inspections, etc. The installation was complicated and Sam and Antonio were professional and kept us informed as they resolved the various issues that arose. This is a class organization.

They product and the install process was just as I had been told it would be. The scheduling and payment process was flawless, including the Costco rebate. The cost was very reasonable and the installers, Randy and Clinton were exceptional. My health issues and concerns (an important aspect of my decision to purchase this unit in the first place) were taken into consideration from the very start. I was also impressed with their expertise and experience as they moved through the two-day installation process. They knew what they were doing, were unfazed by the seeming complexity of the install and knew a lot about relevant area building codes. They coordinated well with the electrician who provided a critical circuit to power the device and they paid attention to the aesthetic details of the final setup. They shared what their plans were for the install and why they had to do what they did. They also tested it all out for me, once done, to show me that it worked as intended. Clean-up was great too. We are very happy with our experience with MM Comfort Systems. We appreciated our salesperson Russell who explained our options, as well as installers Mikel and Ina, who did a great job with the project.

Replacement was emergent. It was a Friday morning before a long weekend. I contacted MM comfort systems and Greg Forsell, one of MM's Managers I think called me personally, moved less emergent appointments around and got a plumber to my home before 1 pm that same day. He pulled out our old/dead water heater and installed a new energy efficient one and we were back in business, water all mopped and hot water by early evening the same day. I gave a 4 to price because it was a spendy endeavor, but that is simply the cost of a new water heater and removing and replacing the old one. MM's charges were fair and reasonable. I have no complaints and highly recommend them. MM Comfort Systems also maintains our HVAC systems, keeping them running smoothly.

We had MM Comfort Systems fix a plumbing pipe in our basement. We called multiple companies to get a bid and we’re going to have to wait weeks, but MM fit us in much sooner because of the severity of the issue and at a great rate. The technician Ryan was also great and finished the work quickly and correctly.

Sam & Zack were very professional. Knew what they were doing and answered every question I asked. Would recommend MM Comfort Systems to family and friends.
