"We would definitely use Green City in the future. We had a very positive experience with all of the staff at Green City. Jeff, the owner, came to our place about a year ago to give us a bid for a mini-split system install and we sat on it until a month ago as it is a big investment. He was very no-pressure and patient in answering all of our questions in easy to understand terms. Of course the price went up for our install but it had been a year and the increase was logical. Alex and Anthony the installers were on time each of the two days for our job and very polite and good communicators. Alex was great about correcting one issue with the type of head unit that we wanted in our main living room (we went with a silver/gray finish instead of the normal white). Alex made sure to check in with us at the beginning to identify the locations of the five indoor units and he didn't even blink an eye when he found out he needed to run some of the lines through our cramped attic to ensure the line sets didn't run around the front of the house. He also made sure to check-in regularly on how the install was going and to go over the appropriate running of the electrical line that met our needs as well as theirs. The indoor units are super quite and cool down our rooms quickly, just what we wanted. We can't wait to try out the heating function this fall/winter. Alex and Anthony even notched out one of the line set cover runs to sit nicely up against our air vents."

"Great company! I met them at a home show and had them come out and give a bid on taking out my old heater and replacing with a heat pump and air handler. Jeremy came out and gave a very thorough bid with several options on compressor/air handler combo. We ended up choosing a middle of the line solution that was very competitively priced in comparison with the other bids we got. What sold me was their attention to customer service and the ratings they received. This was not a cheap system and I wanted someone who would stand by their work and work with us to our satisfaction. I am very pleased. The installer crew showed up on time and went right to work. They found some wiring issues and fixed them as well at no change to bid. They spent a long day but did it all as planned. They took the time to do a walkthrough on the electronic air cleaner and on setting up the new thermostat (it even has weather forecasts on it!) and operation of the system. Again, very happy with that touch. I am also planning on a yearly maintenance contract that extends the warranty of the system if I continue to use them (which I will) for up to ten years. Janice in the front office kept me well informed throughout the process as well, even scheduling inspections. This is a great company that listens to the consumer and does what they say they will. I Highly recommend them to anyone!!"

"Yelpers are finicky. Pacific Heating and Cooling did a great job for my wife and I. We had them do a duct cleaning several months ago and they were top shelf. Booties on while in the house and great care taken to take care of our stuff. As a result we decided to have a consult on adding AC. Greg Jackson came out and went over current system, crawled under the house to inspect ducting and somehow came back in the house clean and wearing booties to go over our options. After a thorough review of what we had, asking about our goals and what we were most concerned with he developed three proposals. No pressure, no "today only" pricing, just a conversation. We chose to replace our okay furnace with an upgraded 96% efficiency furnace and added AC to our 1500 sq foot home. The price was about what I was expecting and they were able to begin installation the following week. Josh, Zach, Chance and Sean were all friendly, efficient, caring and concerned about doing a great job. They cleaned up constantly, kept us informed when having to turn off power let us know. "Air ducts needed cleaning after heat pump installed. One duct was discovered to be not working at all due to improper installation. Bob agreed to come back, without extra charge, after HVAC specialists corrected duct work. Bob was prompt, very courteous and respectful of our home and yard. "Rob contacted me before noon, and we scheduled the AC tune-up project for the same day! Rob did such a good job tuning up my ac. In addition to it, he found out that the heater filters were greasy filty! He gave me the choice to have them cleaned by him or to have cleaned by me as long to have done sooner than later. I am so glad that he was willing to take that additional project on the same visit. I had the heater inspected and tuned last year around fall time by another contractor. Service was good too. A broken seal meant water was getting into the basement. They came in 18 minutes and fixed is super fast!"

"My complaints are: 1. He was allotted too much time and had no where to go (I guess) so stayed and talked and talked. I on the other hand had an appointment so was getting concerned about the time.
2. Since the thermostat matter only took a few minutes, I asked him to check the furnace and air conditioner for me. He did so but it was in such a perfunctory manner, as to not be of any value. He was done in seconds.
3. He was very nice in that he tried to explain the necessary steps for settings on the thermostat (it is far more detailed then necessary for my lifestyle) but then repeated it over and over again. Adding new facts, leaving out others. By the time he left, I had lost the jest of what he had said. Once good demonstration would have done it.
4. The most annoying of all was the way he tried to sell me their Service Plan. When he first started his spiel, I told him in no uncertain terms that I do not buy those, never have, never well. That did not seem to stop the sales pitch. It continued onward. Finally, it seemed to come to an end, only to reemerge later on. I know they make commissions off these plans but don't believe that a visit that I am paying for, should include being pounded about something that will generate more income to them.
