"9000.00 was extremely expensive for a new electrical panel. They did come out right away. We did ask them not to go through our metal roof which they did anyway and we are still waiting for them to replace the roofing panel and also waiting for the Sheet rock work to be done above and below the panel they installed which they said they would have completed. There are two gaping taped over areas on the top and bottom of the panel. Work was done a month ago and we are still waiting on these fixes. The panel work was good but they did have to come back a couple weeks after the job was done to put the names on the breakers so we would know what turned off what. The workers were friendly but due to the excessive cost-I’ll hire from somewhere else. The office staff was helpful"

"The two toilets in our house have never really worked that well since the house purchase 19 years ago, but recently the toilet in our downstairs bathroom was not filling the tank properly after flushing (it was just trickling a bit of water into the tank, and the flush was obviously affected).  Perhaps we could fix it ourselves, but I'm really more interested in professionals performing their functions because of their specialization, so I looked on Angie's List.  I do rely on the reviews from other clients to ensure that the service providers I use will be be honest and reputable and professional.  Hunt's Plumbing & Mechanical had 540 reviews and, scanning through a number of the reviews, I found that the consensus was that the work Hunt's provides is excellent.  As an added bonus, Hunt's was offering a "Big Deal;" $119 for $200 worth of plumbing.  I bought the deal, with the idea that it would cover some of the costs, and hoped to have both toilets working by the end of the job.
My experience was pleasurable with the company from the moment of contact with the dispatcher that I called once I had the deal in hand.  The job was scheduled within days of my phone call, and the dispatcher was courteous and efficient.  I was surprised that our service call would occur on New Year's Day, and there was no additional charge!
Jesse and Scott, the technicians, arrived puntually within the time-frame window expected.  They were kind and courteous, slipping booties on their feet before entering the house.  The problems with both toilets were swiftly and correctly assessed, and then each technician worked on a different toilet .  Both toilets were fixed swiftly, without muss, fuss or any issues.  One toilet had a fill valve replaced, the other toilet had a new handle on the tank installed.  New flappers were installed, too, for maximum efficiency in the service call.  The only additional cost beyond the "Big Deal" was for the parts, and that was a very reasonable cost.  I was actually very pleasantly surprised that both toilets could be fixed within the parameters of the "Big Deal."
I believe that the technicians are professional, knowledgeable, quick and able in the performance of the job and extremely pleasant.  I believe that the cost was quite fair.   I would absolutely call this company again, and will for any plumbing issues that might arise.
