Nathan was super responsive, got back to us right away and got us on his schedule asap. He was very organized and communicative, confirming our appointment and arriving during the window he originally gave us. He was able to quickly assess what needed to be done, make a few suggestions as to a few things we could do to increase the efficiency of the stove and gave us a fair estimate. He was able to complete the work on the same day (even though he had to go get the materials, which we knew would be the case beforehand), but he had reserved that day for us which was really great and we were really happy to be able to get everything completed on the same day.
