Viktor came to repair our dryer switch 4 months prior. The switch went out again and I tried to contact him to get it fixed. He neither called me back or responded to my text

Repairman seemed unfamiliar with our LG refrig & error code. Unplugged while cking it out which made the error go away. Error came back within a few hours. No response to numerous texts and voice mails except once when he told us the error might take 4-5 days to reset. Really! He has had our payment since day of repair & we have been without water & ice for over a month waiting for his return.

Lack of customer service and lack of response.

Viktor arrived same day and got the job done quickly. He was very polite and professional and it was a good price. Would definetly hire again!

When I called Victor, he was able to schedule the appointment for Saturday before Christmas, which made me extremely happy. Victor is very nice and professional. The pricing seems reasonable.
