The repaired gates operate better than when the fence was originally built: I guarantee it. He said I owed him $650.00. He and his associate got $750.00 cash from me and I’m not sure the $100.00 “top” was enough. But, that’s all the cash I had. Hire this guy. If he says he can do it: he can do it. P.S. "These guys did an excellent job for me. I hired them to replace a rear deck, redo handrails on two porches and install an upstairs window that needed replacement. Excellent workmanship and finished the work quickly. They made it real simple, I showed them what I wanted done and the next day I had a quote and they were eager to get started. There were a few weather delays but they showed up as soon as weather permitted and got the work done. Some hidden damage that needed repair was uncovered midway and the repair was no problem and fixed right.
