They arrived on time and everything went swimmingly from there. They protected my windows and plants. Even an old truck in the drive. They did a wonderful job, repaired and replaced all roofing problems. I have a beautiful new roof. They are awesome. You won’t be disappointed if you choose them to do your roof.

I had my own roof replaced in May. In August got my Mom’s roof replaced with this company too, in Hampton; including replacing 10 plywood boards. Such a great company to deal with. Does a beautiful roof job and cleans everything up perfectly. Lowest estimate after checking with 4 other major companies. Looking to feel secure with a company that does an excellent job for the lowest estimate, don’t hesitate to call this company!

What a fantastic experience. They just finished our roof and 2 skylight install. Amazing work both inside and out. Very thorough. The system they use to catch anything during the install works perfect. No mess at all. We are doing our windows and siding next year and they will be the first call I make. Thanks!

I chose Roofing Systems because of their strong ratings and excellent customer feedback. Count me among those who felt RS project manager Joey Gargaro and his crew did a superb job: in our case, it wasn't easy, given the condition of the part of the roof that was replaced. Joey listened, explained, and responded to all my questions and concerns. RS wasn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but provided terrific value for the work I and my wife needed done. After at least three downpours and a nor'easter, not a leak anywhere is to be found. I recommend them without reservation.

Project Manager Joey showed up with his roofer on timeand 5 minutes later I had my quote. 40 minutes later 7 shingles were replaced with similar ones he had on the truck, the pieces of dead branch were off my roof and you can't notice the repair at all...$285 all told, this company is very good...

The owner, Jeremy, came out and did the roofing estimate. He was the only estimatator that actually got onto the roof and even put a "band-aid" on a few areas that he felt were leaks even though he did not know if we would give him our business. He gave a thorough estimate and left materials for me to read through. They gave a start date only one week from my decision and they arrived at 6:30 AM and stayed until 8:00 PM to completly finish the roof (completely new roof). They were very professional and did an outstanding job. I can not say enough positive things about this company.

We hired RSHR to replace our flat garage roof which was old and had been leaking. Joey and his crew chief did a thorough assessment prior to giving us an estimate. Joey was courteous and professional, took lots of time to answer all our questions, and was prompt in communicating with us throughout the process. We were especially keen on choosing the best material, and Joey provided us with detailed information about the pros and cons of TPO vs. PVC. Their pricing seemed fair and reasonable; of the 3 estimates we got, they were in the middle. Once we signed the contract, RSHS quickly set a start date. The crew came out on that date, started when they said they would, and completed the job in one day. When it was done, Joey did a final walkthrough with us. It looked great, and the guys did a great job cleaning up. We've had several heavy downpours in the few weeks since, and I'm glad to say that there are no more leaks! We're very happy with our new garage roof, and happy with the service overall. Everyone we interacted with--Joey, the crew, and Cristle--was super nice. As roofing jobs go, ours was a small project, but RSHR still treated us like we were a high priority, and I really appreciated that! We would definitely hire them again.

Absolutely one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a contractor! From start to finish Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads proved why they are consistently rated the highest of all roofing companies in our area. Our initial call was with Heather who was very welcoming and patiently answered all of our questions. From there, Jeremy came out to look at our roof and provided us with a well rounded list of options for both price and quality for us to chose from. We were so taken with how professional this process started out that we looked no further for estimates. This was our contractor. Roof installation was flawless! We were told to expect crews at our home at 7 a.m. They pulled up at exactly that time and worked tirelessly, in 104 degree heat, to complete the job. The crew was extremely professional and they were a happy crew! So important when you have anyone working on your home is that they are happy. Our home and flowerbeds were protected by tarps and they had someone constantly making certain that any roofing materials (old shingles, nails, paper) were quickly collected and properly disposed of. Our yard was cleaner when they left! Communication was seamless throughout the entire process. Every question answered. Every phone call returned. I can wholeheartedly recommend Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads to anyone looking to replace their roof or to have them do any work on their home.

The company called a few days before the project started to review the requirements of the job with me to make sure we were on the same page for the scope of work. Personnel showed up on time and were professional and courteous. They completed the roof in two days, at completion the program manager walked the job with me to ensure I was satisfied with the results. The crew cleaned up after themselves, J. J Montes roofing was very easy to work with. The owner came out as promised and gave us a detailed estimate with options. Everything was clearly explained. We went with CertainTeed Landmark Pro as recommended by Jeremy. It comes with an excellent warranty. As for color choice we asked for some examples of roofs to view in our area and Heather in the office very kindly emailed some addresses for us to look at. Before the job started they always kept us informed of our start date since it had to be moved due to the weather. Once the job started, John, the project manager, kept us informed of the job progress. The crew of 5 was very hard-working. They put in long days and worked steadily. They constantly patrolled to pick up any debris. In fact, one worker was dedicated to clean-up as the job progressed. Also, they used magnets to gather up any nails. They left the property free of debris and nails which when you think about the size of the job (big roof) is pretty amazing. At the end of the job the project manager walks around with you and makes sure all looks good. From the first meeting to the last day of install everything went very well. The roof looks great (no more leaks!) and we couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend J Montes as a roofing company.

These folks were so professional but friendly. It felt so good to work with a Christian family and the final work showed their honestly Their work was timely, the roof is terrific , the color choice good, the sky light replacement good and we are in love with the dome cover.
