There have been some ups and downs so far with them. We were happy with the design, and they did a very good job with that. There have been numerous small problems like leaks, but they have always come out to fix them right away. I could not complain too

At first we were very happy with the way this went. The house was constructed very fast, and we moved in ahead of schedule. The price seemed reasonable, until we had lived there for a few weeks. We began to notice unprofessional work on both floors. There were mis-measurements, loose cabinets and just general poor workmanship. None of these things were ever corrected by them.

This particular builder did all the homes in this sub-division. We are, like most of our neighbors, pretty happy with the home. We were looking for some specifics with a new home and this was pretty close to what we wanted. The one level home is nice and meets our needs. When we moved in, they did let us know that they would take care of different things if we ran into problems with them. We appreciated that.
