"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"I found Hipp Masonry online from these Angie's list reviews and gave him call. Chuck quickly gave me a call back told me he would come out as soon as possible. Although he seemed extremely busy, Chuck still took the time to come out to the house on a Friday night around 6PM to take a look at the house. After looking at the crack he was very honest in telling me how to fix the crack (approx 5ft) myself to keep rain water from running into the walls. He also offered to do it himself and gave me a great assessment of exactly what was happening with the wall. He also didn't charge me anything for the assessment. It's not very often you find a business man willing to come out on a Friday night and then be completely honest in helping you save money. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. When the time comes where I do need extensive masonry , I'll be calling Hipp Masonry back.

"Excellent customer service. I had significant buildup on my roof, and they cleared it all away. My roof is shaped so that there are some difficult nooks and crannies to access, but they got it all."

"Over all the job went really well. However, it seemed to take longer than it should. Total Remodeling Systems was very responsive and professional, the work crews were not on time however. I did call the project manager on a Monday night, and the job was completed on Tuesday. I am very happy with the deck. It express high quality and workmanship and have had several compliments on it. I highly recommend Total Remodeling Systems."
