Showed up and did not  fix or repair any work that was needed. Just covered up with tiles. left in the middle of the job and never returned. Never returned emails or phone calls.

I gave them money to do work that they didn't complete. Every time we have attempted to contact them they do not answer our phone calls or emails. They have since changed their contact information. They were all about collecting the money and not fulfilling what they said they would do. When I first met them they seemed professional.

"Can't put a lien on trailer home, they rent it. Land is rented. I can't do work on that do to they owe me money. I done the work on floors and plumbing the sink and bath. Not the front door floor but did put up the stairs on front. Water heater is in."

He was awesome.  He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days.  By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him.  Hampton guy was great.  He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up.  The experience was very satisfactory.  He was very courteous, and prompt.  He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else.  I appreciated that.
