"This is a bogus complaint. This was a measure up for a fogged window. Mr. [Member Name Removed] fails to write that he told me he wasn't going to talk to a female glorified secretary about his job and that's when I stopped him and told him to call someone else. Her father was rushed to the hospital with a possible heart attack and that was the reason we were running late and that was relayed to him from the Tech that went to his house. Which he calls Bert and his name is Phil. He is very condescending and told Liz that he was a Federal employee and if he didn't get a discount we would regret it. I am so glad we didn't take his job. Which by the way would have been done the very next day if Mr, [Member Name Removed] was a better person. So give us a call a check for yourself. We normally have a one day turn around time for Insulated Glass Units and if you need it right away we will try our best to get it done as quickly as possible. We also do commercial as well as residential work. We have been in business since 1978 so we [Member Information Removed] be doing something right. "I had never even been to this customers house for a Pre-measure up to find out what they may be looking for in a shower enclosure.This customer called me the same morning about 10 A.M.and told me her tile guy was finishing the grout and we could walk on it after 3 P.M. So I set the appointment for around 3 P.M. I was finishing up another call when the customer called the shop at 3 P.M.and told the Tech that answered the phone if I wasn't there in 5 minutes don't bother coming. So unfortunately we didn't get the job. We try to be prompt to our calls but sometimes other appointments run a little over."
