What was supposed to take "6 weeks at most" took 5 months and he never finished the job! I was promised "3/4-inch solid Maple cabinets to be CUSTOM built by the Amish in PA" to accommodate my handicap/wheelchair needs. BUT when it came time to order the cabinets, Patrick wanted to install Builder Grade stock cabinets and "try" to attach separate cabinet doors under the sink because that area needed to be lowered for my wheelchair. When I refused to let him put builder grade stock cabinets in my $20,000 Custom Bathroom, he said that he couldn't afford to invest any more money in my project and he QUIT the work. He promised that he would have someone come back to fix the problems that are wrong with the work that he had already done, but that never happened and now he won't return any of our calls or texts. Right before Patrick quit the work on our house, I also found out that he did NOT obtain any of the required building permits for the work he did on our house. I specifically asked him on 3 different occasions, before and after he started the work, if he got building permits and he assured me that he had taken care of it and I didn't need to worry about them. Now, I have plumbing, electrical and structural improvements on my house that have not been inspected by the city to ensure they were done correctly and if I contact the city to report it, they will likely require us to rip out the new tile shower and the walls around the doors that were widened so they can inspect the work. Then I'll have to pay another contractor to come in and start the project all over again. I also had to order (and pay for) the doors needed to widen the doorways that he agreed to do for an additional $2000. I also had to research and order and pay for all of the exhaust fans, wall controls and the wall heater he agreed to put in my bathroom. My entire house is turned upside down and has been since August 2017...and now we have to find a custom cabinet builder to finish the job. We were unable to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas with our family because our house is the only handicap accessible. I never imagined this project would end up being such a total nightmare. Patrick is a smooth talker and makes you believe that he "just wants you to be happy with your bathroom". He lied to us about so many things. I really liked Patrick and I thought he was doing a great job (other than the time frame to complete it), but in the end it turned out that he lied to us about almost every aspect of our renovation. I'm not angry about this because that doesn't solve anything, but I AM very disappointed and sad that what I thought was going to be the best thing we've done in over 7 years, turned out to be the worst thing we've done!

Very Unprofessional. Don't waste your time calling Patrick and having him come out to give you an estimate... he probably won't return your call afterwards. Sadly, I don't recommend using him.

From sales to installation, and a follow up quality assurance visit, Presidential Exteriors was great. They were able to install and complete the job on the day promised and in one day. The windows look great and we know that we have bought a quality window.

From the first meeting Patrick was a gentleman.  I met with four different contractors, checked references and chose Conrad Construction.  He was timely, responsive and checked every detail before his team did any work.  They also double checked prior to moving forward with any work that seemed like it needed more discussion.  We ended up doing more that the original plan and the bathroom was transformed. 

The tile guy, Justin was also a gentle men.  Andrew was also very good.  Each person was respectful and careful.  I am a neat nick so Patrick even did an excellent job turning the bathroom over to me.  He left it pretty clean. Of course I still did my cleaning, but the entire job was impressive. I would recommend him; I have already given his name to my best friends. 

Everything went fantastically. At first They came to give me an estimate on my siding near the end I asked to check on the roof and they had all the needed equipment for that were polite and relatable. By the end I had both estimates for my roof, siding and gutters, they explained everything that goes into the work for each project. A day or so later I received a call from the project manager he came out saw what needed to be done and confirmed how the project was going to go and what they'll be doing. I emailed my HOA application to the project manager he helped me fill everything out, within no time I was approved. For convince we split the job in two had the fascia and gutters replaced while waiting for HOA approval on roof and once we had clear weather after approval they delivered the parts and a day or so later the came and did the roof. All the projects were done early where they weren't in the way of my neighbors. The clean up was fantastic my front and back deck looked cleaner than when they arrived.

From our first phone call to our final handshake Patrick was the consummate professional! He and his crew completely renovated our shower stall by regrouting, repairing, and refinishing the tiles. They efficiently removed the existing glass and replaced it with stunning new frameless pieces to create a breathtaking difference. In addition we needed some carpentry repairs to be made as well as extensive painting - all of that was accomplished quickly, quietly and neatly!
