"I have had work done by Chris two different times and years, both in an emergency type situation, meaning the A/C was not working. This year, taking all the necessary Covid precautions, he took out the motor and casing of the Air Handler, located in the Attic, replaced it in his shop and thereby speeding up the amount of time in the home. Additionally he verified that the motor was still under warranty,( purchased and installed thru another company), thereby greatly reducing the cost of the repair!!
