"I can not emphasize enough the promptness, politeness and professionalism provided by Richard. I had spent the previous day, trying to no avail, to install a double keyed deadbolt for our side garage door. Finally I gave up and came across Home Locksmith USA on Angie's List. I contacted Richard the following Sunday morning about 8:30am and he was here within an hour! His travel time alone was probably somewhere between 30-45 minutes, which should really emphasize his promptness! As he took me through the installation process he explained what he was doing as well as highlighting the steps where I had trouble. He understood it could be tricky which made me feel better. "I hired Alan to replace a badly deteriorated garage floor and to install a parking pad next to the garage off an alley. When he came to the site to give the estimate he also pointed out some failed mortar joints and significant stair-step cracking along the rear wall. In all, he and his crew repaired multiple sections of old mortar and replaced a rusty lintel; removed the old concrete garage floor; prepared the garage and exterior parking pad, removing dirt and a tree; formed up the new 18x18 garage floor and 20x20 parking pad, with a 4' apron; and poured the new concrete with appropriate finishes. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Alan and his crew were a delight to work with. He clearly communicated changes in plans to work around weather and set expectations on scheduling and how long it would be before the concrete would be ready to be parked on. The site was left clean and neat at the end of each day, and the substantial, unavoidable disruption of the alley was repaired at the end of each day to make it presentable and drivable. No damage was done to my property or neighboring properties. I expected the initial estimate to be significantly higher, yet Alan committed to it, and the only small changes were due to additional work I requested while they were there. I could not be happier with how this project came together, and Alan was a delight to work with. I have several other smaller projects planned over the next few years and hope I'll be able to use him for those, as well!"

This year, taking all the necessary Covid precautions, he took out the motor and casing of the Air Handler, located in the Attic, replaced it in his shop and thereby speeding up the amount of time in the home.
