After a color consultation with Ana (she's incredibly helpful!), a power washing, and a few minor repairs, the painting began on September 10th. Our project manager was Ricardo. He was clear about everything that was planned and was responsive to our questions and concerns. Ask for him, you won't be disappointed. He's easy to talk with and very adept at what he does. Beside an excellent job of creating a silky smooth surface on our front and back entry doors, he did an excellent job replacing the kick plate under the back door. The other members of the crew were all friendly and they worked carefully to limit any damage to our numerous foundation plants. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. A larger shower was constructed and a stand alone bathtub replaced the jacuzzi tub. Daniel Frias was the project manager. He was very responsive, pleasant and ensured we were happy with the work. "Everything went great!  It all started when we tried to replace a 30 year old shower door.  When the door was removed, the tiles in the opening were a mess.  The provider directed me to a tile show room were they were able to match existing tiles with better ones for attaching the new shower door.  They came to remove the old tiles and install the new ones quickly and the result was beautiful and seamless.  I am thrilled with their work.

The job required placing temporary supports under the structures, pouring new concrete footers that came above the dirt line, and installing new wooden posts. I found Sam to be straightforward and honest in explaining what the job technically required, the costs of the work, and what the county would require for permitting. In addition, I encountered unresolved permit issues from the previous homeowner. These issues were unrelated to Sam, but the county refused to issue a permit and this delayed the work. Sam was very patient as I resolved those issues with the county. He even gave me advice on what I could expect from the county as I fixed the issues. Once Sam and his team started work, he made sure I understood the work as they went along.
