"UPDATE: We have contacted the client and re-grouted the small area of concern to her and our satisfaction. It should be clear to anyone who reads this that a company that three years after the installation that is willing to come back and do warranty work free of charge is in no way deserving of an F rating for this situation. Please update your review.. We do over 200 bathrooms and 35 kitchens per year. It is certainly not common for grout to wash away after only a few years. Settling and other factors can play into this, however we do warranty our work to be done to current codes and standards at the time of installation. We have reached out to the client and offered to touch up any problem areas with their grout free of charge. When selecting a contractor what's most important is one who stands behind their work. In remodeling problems can arise. Anyone who reads this review should know that if they have a similar problem result from their renovation with our firm we will stand behind them and make it right just like we are willing to do for this client."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for the glowing review of our work!"
