I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were in regards to pricing and timeline of the whole project. Not the cheapest of the contractors I got quotes from but their labor and materials came with warranty and 1 day installation was worth the cost. Plus, their quote was still a bit cheaper than other well known national brands that offer similar service. Highly recommend Renken!"

"I'm an absentee landlord. The tenant called and said water was leaking from around the chandler in the living room. I hired Bledar and crew based on a recommendation from a realitor. Turns out the plumbing behind the bathtub on an upper floor had corroded. My house is in Old Town Alexandria and has a lot of deferred maintenance. Bledar come over the next day and removed part of the living room ceiling and walls in the bath. It was pretty bad. He recommend a full renovation. He worked with the tentant and together they visited various stores to pick out tile, fixtures ... It turned out great!!! So good that I immediately hired him to renovate a 2nd bath which was also leaking and an adjoining area. Again he went with the tenant and handled all of the details. I can't recommend Bledar enough! Spectacular work, friendly, fast, diligent and very reasonably priced (I had 2 other contractors price the work). He cleaned up everything after each demo and handled all of the details involved with a complete bath remodel down to the studs - including new sub flooring in one of the bath. Couldn't be happier with Bledar and his crew's (including his brother) work ethic and results! By the way - I have never met Bledar, I live in CA."

"Everything went great!  It all started when we tried to replace a 30 year old shower door.  When the door was removed, the tiles in the opening were a mess.  The provider directed me to a tile show room were they were able to match existing tiles with better ones for attaching the new shower door.  They came to remove the old tiles and install the new ones quickly and the result was beautiful and seamless.  I am thrilled with their work.

"Sam is great to work with. I had the den carpet taken up and replaced with tile that looked like wood. It came out beautifully. Sam was instrumental with designs ideas on materials to use. Job was completed meticulously in a timely manner. Clean up was great. The estimate for the project was on target. I canâ t say enough good things about Sam and his company. "This was our second time working with Ultimate Remodel LLC and we are thrilled with the results. The bathroom looks better than we could have imagined and the process from start to finish was made easy by Tunc and his team. We came to them with an idea of what we were looking for and a wall color, and they helped us pick corresponding cabinets, tiles, and fixtures. They said we should plan for the work to take up to 2 weeks because of taking down the wall, but they were done early (except for the custom door that couldn't be installed until everything else was done) and the quality was top notch. The teams working in the house were also great. We felt comfortable having them in the house even when we weren't able to be here, and they were really wonderful about taking care of our things, including sealing off the rooms close to the worksite to prevent dust dust and debris from the construction spreading throughout the house. "Very friendly and easy to work with! Removed old walls, added insulation, repaired the uneven subfloor and replaced everything else. We picked out fixtures, tile and countertop in their showroom and the work began soon thereafter, and was completed quickly. They accommodated our schedule too, pausing work while we hosted holiday guests. They also repaired the window frame in the lavatory and replaced the water shutoff valve for us! Very reasonable price for the high quality materials and work. We’ll likely hire them again."
