"Great - Troy and Hunter were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves which was a big deal. This was not an easy install. The Water Softener that was installed was top quality. We have to work through a service contract for the upkeep and maintenance which was surprisingly very expensive. Like I said though - this was not your average Water Softener System and the original plumber had no clue about Water Softeners when the house was built. Wisler is unique in our area as they cover both HVAC and Plumbing. Previously we were working with 3 different companies to handle our HVAC and Plumbing needs. Reducing it to one does have value. Softener + New Filter to Front End Sediment + Services to Install was $7700. Maintenance contract I am told is $500 which was a bit of a shock but we are working through that."

"My water went out on a Thursday morning. I got Classic plumbing off of Angie’s list called them first thing when they opened. They had someone at my house by 11:30 that same day. It was decided that since my water pump was working intermittedly they would start work the next day since it would be an all day job. I was lucky and had water the rest of that day. They came the next day. Amazingly I got a call from the office advising me that they were gathering equipment and would be a half hour later. Never has anyone called me like that when later then expected. They just show up late! The office staff were wonderful. The crew came and worked all day long . This was a job where there were major obstacles and they never gave up. Worked till dark and could not work anymore. I needed not only a water pump but the electric wire to inside box was bad. Impossible to fix that day but were back on Sat morning and put a new wire from pump to inside so I would have water over the weekend. On Monday they were back and worked all day to bury wire and finish the job.They encountered multiple problems because my system was 35 years old. They were so nice and never complained . I thought for the work they did the price was really fair. Worked 2 and a half days. I paid $5450.00. Got new pump new casing new electric boxes switches wire and they worked hard for 2 and one half days. I thought it was more than fair. They gave me discount for Angie’s list which other Plummer companies did not offer. I will need a hot water heater in the future and definitely will get them to do."

"Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist to the sales manager and installers were professional, friendly, & helpful. Our water softening system was installed within days of our purchase and has worked beautifully. We had some other work done in the area where the water softening system is and when they had to temporarily move the brine tank, they twisted the float, causing it to malfunction. When we discovered it and called Kinetico, they were here the same day to fix it. Not only did they sell their product for a good price, they provide great customer service after the sale. "It went great. New home with well. Needed added "omph" in our water pressure so Steve Martin came out did water samples and discussed options. We opted for both a water pump add on and water softening system. We are thrilled with the increase in water pressure for showering/bathing. I really like the softened water, my hair is much easier to style and laundry is soft and smells great. I use less detergent and much less fabric sooner. My husband likes the increased water pressure for the lawn sprinkling and when using a hose to pressure wash or water our outdoor plants. We highly recommend Kinetico as the the install service guys we're terrific! Lastly Steve came back out and did repeat water samples and they all with within normal range with the newly added softening system."
