David Burrows is the nicest and most affordable Certified Home Inspector in the Roanoke area. He is very thorough and trustworthy. His rates are bar none better than anyone else in the area and his services far exceed his retaining price. He made small repairs on site and offered advice on heating/cooling units and proper water drainage from downspouts to protect the home from ground erosion. He has decades of experience and he offers his knowledge freely. David should be the only inspector you ever call!
