If you buy a water heater yourself, Harris will get you a better install deal than the big box store, and are likely much easier to schedule. There were no high pressure sales techniques or anything like that. They noticed one of the emergency drain pipes didn’t run all the way outside and got that sorted for me. Just a great experience all around.

They did an amazing job we wanted to tankless heater but they could not install it due to previous installation issues. We went with a regular gas heater. I feel another company would’ve installed the tankless heater anyway and we would’ve had issues down the road and eventually have to pay more money to fix those issues, but Harris was very honest and the work was pretty quick and the quality was was great.

Needs to come out and fix issues needs to honor their warranty . The work was for a sewer pump.
