Rorrer's people were professional, met with me several times, and did the work very well.

Sam answered and handled the initial call professionally she took the relevant information and we received a call from a field person within an hour. Mark discussed the symptoms on the phone with me for over 30 minutes to be sure he understood the issue completely. He handled my questions professionally arrived at the home when he said he would and completed the work expected in about an hour.. The work completed was a temporary solution so that water would be available through the holidays pending the installation of a permanent solution. The work completed was neat and clean. I was very pleased.

I had a really, really good experience with them. They were excellent. I would highly recommend them. I didn't have any complaints at all.

Did quality work in a timely fashion and for a reasonable cost.

They diagnosed why I was not getting water in the home was because the pump was bad. They pulled the pump and replaced the pump and new piping. They were very respective to the property and was very happy with their work. They explained to me about the installation that they had nothing to do with. They were generous to help and provide information.

They do most of the work around this area, I think. I thought the price was fair.
