"Great - Troy and Hunter were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves which was a big deal. This was not an easy install. The Water Softener that was installed was top quality. We have to work through a service contract for the upkeep and maintenance which was surprisingly very expensive. Like I said though - this was not your average Water Softener System and the original plumber had no clue about Water Softeners when the house was built. Wisler is unique in our area as they cover both HVAC and Plumbing. Previously we were working with 3 different companies to handle our HVAC and Plumbing needs. Reducing it to one does have value. Softener + New Filter to Front End Sediment + Services to Install was $7700. Maintenance contract I am told is $500 which was a bit of a shock but we are working through that."

"My water went out on a Thursday morning. I got Classic plumbing off of Angie’s list called them first thing when they opened. They had someone at my house by 11:30 that same day. It was decided that since my water pump was working intermittedly they would start work the next day since it would be an all day job. I was lucky and had water the rest of that day. They came the next day. Amazingly I got a call from the office advising me that they were gathering equipment and would be a half hour later. Never has anyone called me like that when later then expected. They just show up late! The office staff were wonderful. The crew came and worked all day long . This was a job where there were major obstacles and they never gave up. Worked till dark and could not work anymore. I needed not only a water pump but the electric wire to inside box was bad. Impossible to fix that day but were back on Sat morning and put a new wire from pump to inside so I would have water over the weekend. On Monday they were back and worked all day to bury wire and finish the job.They encountered multiple problems because my system was 35 years old. They were so nice and never complained . I thought for the work they did the price was really fair. Worked 2 and a half days. I paid $5450.00. Got new pump new casing new electric boxes switches wire and they worked hard for 2 and one half days. I thought it was more than fair. They gave me discount for Angie’s list which other Plummer companies did not offer. I will need a hot water heater in the future and definitely will get them to do."

They all communicate well and ensure an understanding on both sides every step of the way. Our water softening system was installed within days of our purchase and has worked beautifully. We had some other work done in the area where the water softening system is and when they had to temporarily move the brine tank, they twisted the float, causing it to malfunction. When we discovered it and called Kinetico, they were here the same day to fix it. Not only did they sell their product for a good price, they provide great customer service after the sale. "Arrived when promised.  Same installation team that replaced my water softener, so they were familiar with my configuration and I was familiar with their work.  They removed the old water filter and installed a new one.  This required some new water lines.  They installed a shut-off valve on the supply side of the filter, recognizing that I had no such shut-off valve and could only shut off the water by shutting off the electricity to the pump at the circuit breaker.  This was a very thoughtful and much appreciated action on their part.  It is evident that they take pride in their work, which instills confidence.

"QH20 promptly called me back on the holiday weekend when I was searching for a contractor. The other contractors didn’t respond until after the July 4th Holiday weekend. The QH20 crew promptly and efficiently replaced my 31 year old water filtration system tank with the new filtration tank Product in a couple of hours after arriving with no mess. I had to depressurize and drain my old system tank twice a year to install a calcite medium, but the QH20 new system only needs maintenance servicing by QH20 every few years or so as per QH20. My old system was very loud and vibrated a lot, and we cannot even hear the new one back flushing. I have Iron water, and the new system is doing a good job with the iron so far."
