He was so kind and flexible with his time. After looking at my furnace he explained the options and even drew the system on a sketch pad so that I would understand what the plan was. "When our ancient a/c unit finally gave up the ghost it was during a hot spell and with company arriving in a few days. Angie's List showed great reviews so we gave David a call. He came out promptly to take a careful look. We had replaced the gas furnace in 2006 without replacing the a/c unit, so it was a tricky situation to retrofit the a/c accordingly. Based on his findings David wrote up 3 price options and reviewed them carefully with us. We went with his recommendation and the work was completed just in time for our company's arrival. 
We found David and his staff to be very pleasant and professional. We gained tremendous confidence in David's expertise and plan to be his customers now. For example, he was the first HVAC technician to accurately explain the proper use of the in-system humidifier we'd had installed with the gas furnace. It never seemed to work but everyone, including the company who installed it, indicated it was working properly. This had nothing to do with replacing the a/c but David volunteered the correct information and promised to get us up and running with it when the time comes.
