"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors... "Very well. They ordered the system and kept us updated on progress and delivery. We scheduled a work date and it was completed on the scheduled day, within the scheduled time frame. Price was much lower than other estimates, and included a new thermostat and changing the location of the intake vent & filter to make maintenance much easier for me. "Paul and Andrew diagnosed that the back porch lamp had a rusted the socket.  They went to a building supply store, bought a similar fixture to the one that needed to be replaced, and were back quickly to install it.
They worked efficiently and professionally and were very personable. 
They also gave me a quote for what it would cost to replace the other outside light fixtures, which was very reasonable.  We will be calling them again for future electrical work.
