"After interviewing several companies to have our kitchen remodelled, we selected VKB, and we are happy we did. VKB provided a lower estimate than other companies, and their reviews were good. As our designer, Sean was easy-going, accommodating and patient in explaining our options. He promptly created the 3d pdf files with the design of our kitchen, which were helpful to have throughout the project. Adam was in charge of our project, and his responsiveness and understanding were outstanding. At one point we were a bit unhappy with a corner cabinet, but reluctantly we felt we needed to "settle" because there was not sufficient space for a Super Susan. Adam made some research and promptly contacted us with a solution that was perfect for enhanced functionality. Last but not least, Ismar, our foreman on the job was professional, responsive, pleasant, and amazingly skilled. He and his team worked diligently on the electrical portion, cabinet installation, backsplash, appliance installation, and painting. Everyone accommodated us to the best of their ability and always left our house clean and orderly. Well done, VKB!"

"The overall project took just over a month. It was a mess and somewhat awkward to get through, but the end result was WELL worth the dust and mess. The crew was professional, kind, gentle, and understanding. The work was meticulously and carefully done. Their recommendations and suggestions were accurate and reliable. The business side of the project was detailed, clear, qualified, efficient, and comfortable. The carpenters even let me watch and ask questions about their work probably more than I should have been but they were always gracious and patient. Bruce was top-notch as the lead carpenter. Jeff offered excellent assistance. Steve, in his quiet and deferential way, was the perfect owner, project manager, salesman, and organizer. This was an interesting, fun, and ultimately rewarding experience for me. I love the work they did in my kitchen and bathroom. I highly recommend!"

"Excellent. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to accomplish. The company president ended up making the trip to my house for the complimentary plan and estimate. I was highly improved with his attention to my needs, recommendations to get the most out of the space and keep costs down for me. We were able to build hanging side out to full depth available and, without looking strange, drop the next 2 sections back to avoid interfering with the window valance. By keeping the surface color close to the wall paint most people are greatly impressed by the storage and the fact that it doesn't detract from the overall space. Did have to be dismantled to re-carpet the room but was surprised that the carpet crew was able to pay careful attention to the pieces and reassemble with very little difficulty (though at lest 3 people required). Many commented as I intended....great selling point for this bedroom."

They painted our home’s exterior trim, rerouted our home’s outside water faucet as well as replaced our kitchen’s broken floor tiles. Other issues were also addressed…. exterior weather-worn door frames, indoor bedroom door replacements, etc.. Their experience and high standards are admirable. And, they are patient and friendly. "The contractor put stains on my stairs, he was not responsive to my requests to fix spindles that were installed facing the wrong direction and the base on 3 spindles were loose. He was very sarcastic and argumentative through the whole process. He finally fixed all the items aforementioned except the stains on my steps because I was tired of dealing with him I decidednto deal with the stains myself."
