Sammy did a quality job in regards to the carpentry work to repair the front porch columns. He also did a great job with painting the columns and woodwork. I was very pleased with the quality of his work.
I was planning on utilizing Sammy for additional work, but, due to budget constraints (and an unexpected and LARGE septic issue), I was unable to move forward with other items which required carpentry and other maintenance attention....The only reason that I gave Sammy a "B" rating for price is that you will pay for the high quality of his work (which is exceptional work). I would recommend utilizing Sammy for any high quality job (i.e., a job that you do not want to sacrifice quality) involving woodwork, etc.
