"Beyond my expectations! The old door was condensing inside and out, we knew there would be extensive damage to the wood framing and floor area beneath. It was worse than I expected. Mike installed the new door, created a way for our pet door to fit while still being able to LOCK the slider! Over three days - the tear out, purchasing of many materials, repairing the frame, installing the new door, repainting/restoring the interior and exterior to BETTER than they previously appeared, and rigging that new and improved pet door - he worked diligently. I have never had a workman that was so neat! Cleaning up debris, bagging trash, maintaining the work area organized and safe. I have already recommended him to friends, and they have all said how great he was! I have many other projects planned, and will not hesitate to call Home Remedies again."

"This is the second big project we've done with REO Service Pro. They finished our basement a few years ago. Both projects were done with quality and professionalism. Gary is very easy to work with. He listens and offers suggestions when needed or appropriate. I also used an interior designer with whom he worked with ease. We had an aggressive time frame for this project and it was met. Our two favorite things about working with Gary and his crew are 1) their quickness in responsiveness and 2) quality control. On multiple occasions I witnessed Gary instructing a crew member to "rip it out and start all over". In our experience with house projects, that is a rarity. Most contractors are okay with mediocre work to save time and effort. As a result, the end product was great. In terms of cost, they may not be your cheapest bid but they won't be your most expensive either. The investment is worth it. I highly recommend REO Service Pro."

Upon signing a contract, Justin and Mike were tasked with the build out. They were on site at the times they said they would be, extremely personable and educated within their field of work. "Angel came to our home and did multiple jobs including installing a coffered ceiling in our 20 foot double story family room, doing wall paneling, installing crown molding, building built ins in the closet, and installing a back splash in our kitchen. He is incredibly professional and willing to work with whatever ideas you might have. He went above and beyond and found scaffolding for our tall ceilings which others weren't willing to do. He allowed our painters and electricians to use this as well which ultimately saved us costs in other parts of our project. His quotes are fair and he is always quick to respond. He spent two hours with us helping us design what we wanted and his work was impeccable and completed on time as promised. I would highly recommend him to anyone."

Needed carpenter to build a footbridge using repurposed wood, install insect screen under raised screen-in porch, install oak handrails, fix the threshold to our front door, and add shoe molding in basement. JW (owner) was pleasant, professional, and thorough when he came out to give an estimate. He listened to what we wanted done and suggested ways to make it work. Scheduling was a breeze. A team of two came out to complete our projects. Of course temperatures were in the 90s, but they worked nonstop. Pedro (crew chief) built our footbridge based only on description. The results were amazing. It's sturdy, attractive, and durable. Kudos for great work. Other projects were completed within the timeframe with Kevin working on the screen and railings with assistance from Pedro. The crew was timely, professional, courteous. They cleaned up at the end of each day. All work was completed within 4 days. There was only a minor issue with the oak hand rails (needed additional sanding) -- which was remedied quickly after review of the project manager, Bob. JW was a tad more expensive that other bids, but in the end, well worth the price. Glad we went with them."

"I originally needed a three-panel window fixed since it was loose from the frame. About 10min after I submitted the request on Angi's, Gilberto called me and said he could stop by since he was in the area and at the end of his day. He was able to make a fix on the spot and addressed some dirt/uncleanliness in the window frame from the previous owner. I then asked if he could come out and clean all the windows/frames and his price and availability was more than reasonable. Gilberto and his team came out the next week and spent several hard hours cleaning. Just recently he returned with the window screens that needed repair and washing. His last service for us was spot caulking/sealing the exterior window frames where needed. I highly recommend Gilberto and his service. He was professional, prompt, great at communicating what servicing was needed or wasn't, and the work and price was top notch."

She was energetic, punctual, polite, and creative. She took the time to explain reasons for different sections being a certain height/width, and she helped me see my closets in terms of their maximum functionality. She even considered the height of my hangers in her calculations for maximum potential. Lori was detail oriented and I appreciated her double and triple measuring to make sure my custom builds would fit like a glove. Her customer service went above and beyond. Not only did she prepare accurate drawings on the spot, but she faithfully followed up with me and made revisions to each design as I continued to voice my needs. She has a great eye for three dimensional space. Her expertise was invaluable in pointing out details to consider for every stage- from planning, to installation, to daily use."
