Upon signing a contract, Justin and Mike were tasked with the build out. They were on site at the times they said they would be, extremely personable and educated within their field of work. "I recently had my siding and gutters redone by Home Genius Exteriors and I am in love with how everything turned out! The working crew was wonderful and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final product (changed out my new exterior light fixtures and house numbers, came back to fix a few things, etc). There were a couple of minor things we needed to check on at the end of the project, but my project manager, Omar, stayed in constant contact with me to ensure that things were taken care of and that I was completely satisfied with everything. "The contractor put stains on my stairs, he was not responsive to my requests to fix spindles that were installed facing the wrong direction and the base on 3 spindles were loose. He was very sarcastic and argumentative through the whole process. He finally fixed all the items aforementioned except the stains on my steps because I was tired of dealing with him I decidednto deal with the stains myself."
