"Julio and his team were amazing. The job was delayed a bit longer than anticipated as a result of weather (unavoidable). The team did the entire job in 4 days, which was truly a herculean effort! We have a new construction and the entire yard was covered in wood chips and we had a very serious cliff in the backyard caused by erosion from recent rains, that posed a danger to our young children. Julio and team cleared all the chips, brought in endless amounts of dirt, fixed our dangerous cliff and made it into a nice sledding hill, cleared old logs, took down a big dead tree, put in drainage pipes for our gutters, laid over 11,000 sq. ft of sod, seeded the remaining lawn, planted trees, planted nearly 100 blue rug junipers to stabilize a slope next to our driveway, and the list could go on... Julio's team went above and beyond. My husband and I are beyond impressed with the completed work, the professionalism, price, honesty, and transparency of this company. There were a few hiccups along the way (all unavoidable things and outside of Julio's control), but he was able to communicate everything to us promptly and effectively, and lay out various options and choices on the fly to remedy said hiccups. Now the onus is on us to maintain the beautiful job Julio's team completed! We will hire him for any/all landscaping projects in the future. My husband setup the appointment at the last minute due to bad weather constantly rolling in, but the gentleman from Paveco was ready that morning to come out and do the seal coating when asked. I was very impressed but was even more impressed when I was unable to make it back home from errands before the young man finished, and he patiently waited for me to return so I could pay him for his work. He never called me to ask where I was even though several unforeseen circumstances made it nearly impossible to get home in time. The driveway looks amazing and the young man told me to call anytime I had questions. A few hours after he worked hard to get it all done, rain that wasn't on the forecast hit, but our driveway still looks awesome."

"Kevin McCray and his team did a drive through the neighborhood and knocked on my door to ask if I wanted my trees trimmed. I have received several quotes in the past from professional arborist companies which were very high so we could not complete the work even though it was in serious need of being done. McCray's quote was very fair, and while it didn't cover the full extent of work our past quotes had, it covered the main areas of concern for me so I decided to move forward.
if you are looking for a place that will provide full written contract and such, this is probably not the service for you. However, if you are budget conscious and just want a job well done, then they are great. Very professional and courteous team, did work safely with no damage to our house or yard and cleaned up after themselves so you can't tell they were even here. Walked through the scope of work before and after to ensure we were on the same page about what was to be done and for what price. And no money exchanged hands until I was walked through and happy with the result.

I can't speak to their other landscaping work as I didn't have any done, but they do offer other landscaping services as well."
