We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted our kitchen and dining area to look like, but were unsure if it was going to be possible and what materials should be used. Mr. Everett listened closely to what we wanted and delivered in every aspect. He was able to rearrange our kitchen so that the flow is much better and provide us with custom built-in shelves and bench. He not only pointed us in the right direction for the big things like counter-tops, but also for the backsplash, drawer pulls, and lighting fixtures. All our work was done efficiently and Mr. Everett's team went above and beyond whenever an unexpected problem occurred. I am confident that all the work was done thoroughly and that I will not have any problems in the foreseeable future. The same team arrived promptly at my house every day and worked diligently so that the job was done in the time frame originally quoted to us, despite some additional plumbing work that was necessary. Because the same workers were in my house everyday, I felt comfortable coming and going and knew that my house was in good hands. If I ever had a question or concern about anything, I would text Mr. Everett and he would always get back to me very quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He was also very quick to come to the house if anything was ever needed. I have not experienced such great customer service with any other company. The materials used for our new kitchen are beautiful, and I feel that we had everything done for a very fair price. "After interviewing several companies to have our kitchen remodelled, we selected VKB, and we are happy we did. VKB provided a lower estimate than other companies, and their reviews were good. As our designer, Sean was easy-going, accommodating and patient in explaining our options. He promptly created the 3d pdf files with the design of our kitchen, which were helpful to have throughout the project. Adam was in charge of our project, and his responsiveness and understanding were outstanding. At one point we were a bit unhappy with a corner cabinet, but reluctantly we felt we needed to "settle" because there was not sufficient space for a Super Susan. Adam made some research and promptly contacted us with a solution that was perfect for enhanced functionality. Last but not least, Ismar, our foreman on the job was professional, responsive, pleasant, and amazingly skilled. He and his team worked diligently on the electrical portion, cabinet installation, backsplash, appliance installation, and painting. Everyone accommodated us to the best of their ability and always left our house clean and orderly. Well done, VKB!"

"Even though we had some unavoidable funky scheduling challenges because of our current COVID-19 situation, which resulted in the project taking longer than expected, we are very happy with the process, the cost and the end result. We had Resurrection Builders fully renovate our bathroom, including change vanity to pedestal and move the plumbing; move electrical outlet and replace exhaust fan; replace the tub and change the full wall to a knee wall; install wall and floor tiles; repaint; and swap out all of the accessories (faucet, towel racks, etc.). They also fixed a long standing problem I had on my carport and front porch by adding a safety rail and replacing old trellises with new supports. Both look absolutely fabulous! Nelson did an awesome job every step of the way. Both Ryan and Nelson were great about communicating with us and each other. When we are ready to do our second bathroom, I definitely plan to reach out to Resurrection Builders."

"I contacted Vlad to get an estimate, one of three, for a small job of a kitchen backsplash. He was the only contractor who came out to the house to give me an estimate and was the least expensive. His co-worker arrived on time to install the backsplash. Vlad's wife also accompanied his co-worker to ensure everything was ok before she left. At the end of the job, she made sure I was happy with the finished product. I was thrilled with the finished product. Vlad and his crew are craftsmen and it shows with their workmanship. "We hired Lux Renovations (Owens Corning) to do our basement in early February 2022, with the work completed at the end of June. In general, we were very pleased with the process working with the company. We reached out to approximately 8 contractors to receive quotes on the work, and Lux was far and above the most responsive - we received a call from their sales office same day is putting in an inquiry (over Christmas) and had an in-home appointment the next week. All communication was timely and professional. We entered contract in early February for Lux to complete our basement, with an expected completion date at the end of July 2022. My wife and I were fairly persistent about bringing the install date forward as we were expecting a second child in August. Once we let the sales office know why we wanted to move the install date forward, they moved us to "first available installer" and we were scheduled for our basement remodel to start in June. The entire process took 2.5 weeks, with an installer at our house every day during the period excepting one day and Sundays. Luis was our installer, and he was exceptional to deal with - very easy, answered all of our questions, worked exceptionally hard, and the quality of his work was great. We had a fairly simple install - Lux created one large room in our basement with an under-stairs closet and redid the stairs. Overall we are exceptionally happy with the quality of the basement build-out and the attention to detail. The OC wallboard can dimple if you press in to it too hard/knock furniture against it, and obviously Lux would need to be back out for repairs, so it is best to be a bit more careful with the walls than the standard drywall. Overall, we found the install and quality of the output to be exceptional. We were also really pleased with the level of communication from the company on scheduling, processing, etc. We found the pricing to be high but in line with competitors and reputable general contractors we got quotes from. If Lux is 5-10% more expensive than another company, it's worth it for the install speed and limited "contractor hassle." You also have the peace of mind with there being a fixed rather than variable cost for the project - no surprise bills. Overall, we would highly recommend Lux as a remodeler."
