"Fantastic experience with JS Jackson! They did 2 projects for us - window replacement (6 windows for a townhouse) and cut and install new kitchen window. The leads on each project were very knowledgeable and great at explaining the process, answering questions, and advising on the best products for quality, budget, design, and function. Workers were friendly and professional. The office staff is very responsive at handling scheduling, permits, invoices, etc. It’s been several months and the windows are clearly properly installed, well-sealed, no leakage, and outside framing looks flawless. "The crew arrived on the job exactly when they said they would. They installed seven outside motion detector lights, repaired one window and painted two shutters, two windows and a door. "Great customer service! . Did a great job cleaning my gutters which hadn’t been done in 3+ years when my elderly mother lived here. He debunked the claim by others that the window screens had been sealed into the window panes & couldn’t be opened! Thinking this was dangerous in event of an emergency, someone cut a hole into them so I’d be able to get out! Mr. Soss will be replacing them , is going to recauk areas around my bathroom vanity & tub& will be painting my basement door. I trust him unlike others who did shoddy jobs!"
