We knew we would have an issue with the upstairs air conditioning. Brett recommended a Fujitsu mini split AC unit. We went with it and are very pleased. They installed a new water heater, added a humidifier, disconnected and reconnected my air conditioners during a patio installation, put in new smart thermostats and various plumbing jobs.
