Jake Howard

We hired Jake to renovate our powder room. That involved removing the LVP, toilet counter and a window. He had to repair drywall, lay floor tile, a tile cabinet to ceiling backsplash, install the sink, faucet, installed trim. Then finally painted the room. We were very satisfied with Jake’s work and timeliness. We will hire him in the future. Highly recommend.

I hired Mr Jake to construct a staircase for my existing deck. Jake’s skills in completing the project were impeccable and top quality! This young man was not only a true professional but also a pleasure to conduct business with at a personal level. I strongly recommend him for satisfying the needs of other projects.

We had a recent yellow jacket infestation in our attic that resulted in damage to our ceiling and required a section of drywall to be replaced. Jake made himself available to assess the damage quickly, providing a quote and overview of work the same day. Unfortunately the bees needed additional treatment, but Jake was flexible and responsive to the changing timelines. In the end, the job itself was done perfectly - but what I appreciated most was his friendliness and flexibility. We have already hired him for an additional small job, and would not hesitate to use him in the future.

I actually only needed help moving heavy furniture to our new house, but that wasn't an option. Jake is a very wonderful young man. Very motivated, polite and courteous. He did show up late (excuse was understandable) but was very responsive and more than made up for it during the job. He even showed up later in the day with a friend to help with a piece i forgot about at no extra charge. I will definitely keep him in mind for future jobs and we are already talking about him redoing our deck.
