"Scott was professional and helpful. He explained what was wrong and how it could be fixed. The visit was less expensive than I thought it would be, because he repaired a lock I thought would have to be replaced. After adjusting and lubing all locks, Scott explained how to maintain them so that they do not become sticky in the future. I am very happy with the service I received."

"Work went well. Steps were finished as I wanted them. Quality was pretty good, I could nitpick a few things but really nothing important, I'm just a bit of a perfectionist. I would hire again. It took a little longer than expected to do but he didn't leave me hanging and came back when he said he would."
