Gentleman was out and quickly found the problem and is ordering the part needed to repair. He assured us that the system will be fine until the problem is fixed

They have been wonderful to work with. We are new to the area and they came out to check our heating and A/C. Brett was great and explained everything to me. We knew we would have an issue with the upstairs air conditioning. Brett recommended a Fujitsu mini split AC unit. We went with it and are very pleased. It is keeping the upstairs nice and cool during the heatwave and the main unit isn’t working as hard anymore. The new unit is super quiet inside and out. EXCELLENT. It was going to be a challenging install, but Sam and all is wonderful installers figured out the perfect way to do it without causing any unsightly wiring and disrupting the walls in the house. I can’t speak highly enough about Plasters. They are always on time, willing to explain the install to you during the whole process, superior workmanship, and finish in a timely manner. Your great experience with Plasters will start with the office and continue with everyone from that point on. I highly recommend them.

A/C stopped working during a heat wave. Called a few places. Everyone else wanted twice as much for the service call and would be a day later. After contacting Plasters they said they could be out that day. They called back a few hours later too say they would be there in a half hour. They showed up 20 minutes later! Everyone I dealt with was very nice. They did not want to just throw parts at it either. I had a gas valve put on the furnace this past winter by another company and don't feel like I got the same bang for buck that I got from Plasters. I will ONLY use Plasters again.

Initial phone call was answered immediately and was handled very professionally. Appt. was set for 3:00 and their technician Matt was right on time. He had the problem diagnosed in very short order and the problem was resolved very quickly. Matt was courteous, competent and professional.

These guys are nothing short of amazing. From the person answering the phone and setting up the appointment, to the tech coming out and addressing the issue. I have been using Plasters for a few years now and will never use anyone else. Their professionalism, work, knowledge and customer service are absolutely second to none.

He called the following day and stated that the part was in and that he was going to go and pick it up instead of waiting for it to get mailed. He said he would be at the house at a specific time and he arrived at that time. The instillation went great and our heat is working less than 28 hours later. I will use these folks for all future furnace issues. Thank you so much!!!!!!

They were really great. Very professional. They would put on shoe covers when coming in and take them off when outside.

 They cleaned up afterwards like they were never here.  We have a mini Schnauzer that liked to go out when they did. They even kept an eye on her and made sure she was in when they came in.  Great product, extremely professional and would use again. Highly recommend.

They were great. They were very professional with their estimate and everything. They gave me a complete detailed estimate. They were very courteous about not getting the house dirty or the carpet dirty. They were not looking to really sell me a bunch of new stuff. They were just looking at the problem I presented them. Out of the 4 companies I got quotes, they were the cheapest. I thought they were the best quality and they certainly presented themselves the best. They showed up when they were supposed to.

He said he didn't need my business and wont be back. I would think he would call and set up a time with me. He must be busy , said he didn't need my business. With that attitude, he better hold on to what he has.

Our overall experience has been excellent. We are very satisfied with them. They come right out if something is wrong. They come the same day most of the time. The service contract is about $120 a year. We think the price is very good. We have recommended them to our neighbor. We would definitely continue to use them in the future.
