Duane and his assistant were very helpful, explained everything and took the time to show us how to maintain the water softener. They even took the time to fix several faucets!

We canâ t thank Terry Butcher and the technicians (Dwayne and Dakota) enough for installing our complete water treatment system, including a new water heater, for our main home AND at our airbnb, reinstalling the well pump and pressure tank system (to correct previous install that kept failing), installing a complete water treatment system, water heater, including replacing wiring, and encasing it in conduit, and burying it underground as it should have been in the first place. Dwayne has incredible knowledge and expertise and is a great mentor for Dakota who is a fast learner and who takes pride in his work. Terry Butcher was at the tap of his number and responded quickly and effectively to our needs, with patience and courtesy! .
