We have not received the product installation. Remodel USA has only measured our kitchen for the cabinets, put new doors on order. Installation will get done eventually.

Francisco, project manager wa very knowledgeable and professional Made a couple of suggestions for safety which was my priority which I hadn't even considered. He did a thorough walk inspection with Gary the design associate going over specs and measurements. Job well done.

Jack pot movers smoked pot all day, they were very lazy .. they did not have the pads they said they would, they did not finish the job , they have to come back on Wednesday.. I will never hire them again

I hired pro 3 weeks ago . Contractor came out measured said 2 to 3 weeks . It has been 3+ weeks no word yet . Waiting on insert to be made I guess

This company sent 3 people to install a walk in shower. They had no idea what they were doing. I had to ask them to leave my house. These people were not employees of the company they were sub contractors did not hire people that were not professional installers. NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY GARBAGE.

This is a front for sales and nothing to back up the promises. Poor quality. They turned my entire house into a dust bowl, which is no exaggeration, and things have disappeared from my house including my hammer drill. I elected not to paint my basement and paid for ready for paint. There are multiple spots that require refinishing and sanding. Its like they **finished the job** and did not check it. One of the doors does not close easily, the reroute of the dryer vent due to demoing the bathroom looks like cr*p, and the doors I was told would be wood are hollow cheapest grade they could find. A pretty clear picture of this contractor: high expectations, high price, low return, low quality.
