French drain was installed with drain boxes, berm installed near property line, sump pump installed into new drain, top soil added in disturbed areas, grass seed/straw over same. Company told me they'd be back to be sure grass was growing plus I needed more top soil and a cap is missing from sump pump line, but had no repeat visit -- this is my only complaint. The drain held up during/after recent big storm. Berm is deteriorating due to storm and more grass seed was needed before storm. Otherwise, I am very pleased. Company owner and workers were very pleasant. He explained process as work progressed. They're a little expensive, but it was a job well done.

I had a small job consisting of cutting a shallow trench on a large concrete slab to divert water away from the Garage doors. They were the only contractor to offer a fair and reasonable price. The work was finished in short order and looked great. A+

The crew (of three) was truly top notch. They arrived timely, dug to the foundation sill across the entire front of the house to discover the extent of the damage (limited to cinder blocks at the two front corners of the house). Bad blocks were replaced, any wholes or cracks sealed. Some tuckpointing was added. The entire stack of cinder foundation blocks was then covered with a water-proof substance, then plastic. The dirt which had been removed was then replaced. This crew was quick, thorough, efficient. Project started on a Monday, and was done in less than two work days.

Had a foundation crack in the basement which caused rainwater to seep inside. Several companies came out and and looked at the job. I selected Aalcon because the solution they proposed addressed the outside AND inside of the house. Their cost was very reasonable, communication was excellent, and the crew did exactly what they were hired to do. It's been several months since they did the repair and we've had plenty of rain - not a drip of water inside the basement!

Knowledgeable and honest. Walked me through every step in detail (taught me a lot). Didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and reasonably took care of recommended extras that have proven to be very beneficial. When new problems were discovered, he responded quickly and he followed up to ensure his repairs were settling properly over time. Even provided some quick landscaping and helped me control costs when the unexpected arose.
