"I needed the splash guard replaced on my 2007 Honda Civic in a hurry because it was dragging on the ground. My boyfriend and I have been regular ABS Unlimited Auto Repair customers for about two years, so he called them on Columbus Day to see if they could squeeze me in. They said to come right in. When we went in, Tom took a look at it, called the Honda dealership and ordered the part. ABS had it installed by the afternoon. The service was great.
The extraordinary part came when I went to pick up the car. My bumper had become detached on the drivers side a few years ago when I was parked at the Metro. As a new homeowner, I appreciated his attention to detail which pointed out several serious deficiencies missed on our home inspection. He found a rusted furnace flue, a hazard that could cause carbon monoxide poisoning, and “organic growth” in the humidifier. Additionally, he noted the buildup in our ducts that was blowing dirty air in our home. We had the duct cleaning already scheduled so we planned for his return after.
