"I contacted Lisa's Elite Sadan after reading the reviews on Angie's list. I contacted them via email and they quickly responded. I explained that I needed a car for 6-8 people and they gave me a number of options. I requested a limo and they quickly processed my request and sent a confirmation the next day. They called the day before the wedding confirming all the information for the trip, and then texted me the morning of the event with the driver's name. Richard arrived at the pre-arranged meeting spot early and patiently waited as the rest of our group arrived. He was very polite and helped set up the music system with one of our smart phones for the ride. The trip to the wedding was uneventful, and even with heavy traffic the ride was enjoyable. At the church there was nowhere close for Richard to park during the ceremony so we agreed that I would text him at the end of the ceremony. As we left the church I got ready to text Richard, but he came pulling right up as he had stayed close and pulled up when everyone started to leave the church. We loaded back up and headed to the reception. Our entire party had a great time and enjoyed the service very much. The Limo was clean and comfortable and Richard had loaded one of the coolers with small bottles of water which was appreciated on a hot day. "I walked in ABS's repair shop, at 6PM (closing time), with a part from my car and asked them if they had or knew where I could get a replacement part.  I described the problem with my car and they took time to listen to me and understand the problem.   They asked me to bring the car to their shop but it was not drive-able.  So they offered to tow my car to their shop, for free, and  diagnose the problem with my car.  They gave me a verbal estimate of what the repair would cost, based on my description of the problem and the part in my hand.  They said they would call me in the morning with an estimate and timeline to complete the repair.   
The next morning, around 9:30am, I received a call at work from ABS. They had my car in the shop and told me I needed a new radiator.  They told me the cost would be $425.00 and that they could get it done that day provided they could get the part.  I said do it.
They called me around 3:30pm and told me my car was fixed.  
I picked it up a 6pm...closing time( again) and they took time to review the repair with me.  
I will definitely bring my cars to ABS for maintenance and repairs in the future.

"Promptly returned email regarding service request, on Saturday. Responded same day to repair 2Ton Geo unit (Waterfurnace). Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."
