"The finished product is excellent even though Rod had a number of obstacles to overcome. In removing the old shadow-box fence some of the posts were completely surrounded by pavers, which had to be removed in order to dig out the old posts. Also, it was discovered that the previous owner had constructed a shed, with two of the walls attached to and part of the old fence. Putting in a new fence without the shed collapsing was just one of the obstacles he overcame. Rod also built a new gate, with much improved gate hardware. All in all, a job well done and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again."

"Provider was suppose to return and finish laying sand on the patio. Since job was very close to complete, I paid him rather than wait. I never heard from him again. The sand has since washed out in spots and another provider is correcting the situation with polymeric sand. Other than the sand issue, the patio looks good in the way it is laid out. Provider was punctual, and the project went very fast considering it was in the middle of the winter.

"Paul and his team with EaZy Construction Inc have great pricing. They beat the existing quotes I was given. They are prompt, efficient and capable. EaZy Construction came to my residence, quoted me, accepted and completed the work when other companies couldn’t even start the work for months. "We had a flood in our basement caused by a water main break. The water backed up from the meter into our finished basement. Zelaya construction repaired the concrete damaged by the water, repaired the wallboard in two rooms that had to be cut away, replaced 4 doors that were damaged, replaced trim in 3 rooms, painted the rooms and selected replacement carpet that matched the previous carpet exactly. Their work was meticulous and they made good suggestions for completing. They finished in the time frame estimated. All the workers were diligent and respectful. By the end of the project, I felt like they were family. I highly recommend this company."

"Vincent was fabulous! He met us, walked the fence line area, took measurements and gave an estimate before he left. We called him shortly after he left to tell him we wanted to move forward. We were able to get on his schedule quickly. Vincent and his crew showed up on time and worked until the fence was completely done. IN ONE DAY! We were totally impressed and absolutely love the fence. Vincent even made consideration for the view for me while looking out my kitchen window so I see the prettier side of the fence instead of the unfinished side.
