I would highly recommend Metro Home Improvement LLC for many reasons. They took care of a bathroom renovation for us and upgrading it into a showplace! The crew were professional and sharp on every detail. Carlos and his team are true professionals. Always on time, extremely detailed oriented and great suggestions made it a stress free. Carlos is the only person I'll call in the future. I highly recommend them for any home projects!

Needed a contractor to assist me with a project for a client. It was short notice but Carlos and Carl came out and did an amazing job installing electrical out lets, mounting a flat screen, painting and ceiling fan installation. They came in and knock it out with excellence! I had to call him back to help me mount curtain rods and once again he made time to swing by to assist me. Carlos and his staff are simply amazing and they definitely made me look like a pro :). Needless to say he is definitely my go to guy for ALL my remodeling needs. Not to mention my clients also loved them and the workmanship they provided. MetroHI engaged us throughout the process - from first contact to the inspection, informing us of the work and the estimate, to the multi-day work. The rails look to last, the roof looks good, and the gutters look new. Cleanup was good and they did not disturb us or the neighborhood during their work. We have additional outside work we expect they will again deliver on. The crews were professional, thorough, and friendly.

We hired MHI for miscellaneous kitchen work. Carlos and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Great communication and stayed on schedule. There were a few items that needed tweaks after the job was completed and Carlos came right out to make sure everything worked correctly. We were happy with the finished work and would hire again.

It went well. A full crew of roofers came out and were able to both remove the previous roof shingles and install the new ones all on the same day. Then Carlos with an assistant or two followed up the roofers and replaced the entire gutter system, as well as providing screens for the gutters. All the work was performed in a timely manner, and all the debris from the roof and gutter replacement was gathered and removed. The new roof and gutters look great! We will continue to call on Metro Home Improvement services for our home maintenance and improvement needs.

Carlis and his crew are my go to! Owning a home built in 1955 means that repairs usually turn into projects. Metro Home Improvement has done a fabulous job remodeling my kitchen after a pipe burst, replacing my roof after significant hail damage and replacing my bathroom future after a leaky. Carlos and his team were amazing. They showed up on time, did a great job repairing the drywall, painted the walls with the paint we had bought, and even repainted the white ceiling (which wasn't in the original request) because they wanted it to look better. My wife and I were thrilled with the work, as the room looked better than when we bought the house. We're even considering a new project in the basement, just because now we know we have someone we can count on for the work. Absolutely recommend them; great team, quickly understood what we asked for, and then went beyond our expectations.

Carlos and his crew member arrived at our home fully prepared and equipped for working under COVID-19 alerts and conditions, both wearing gloves and face masks. They further made every attempt to minimize any close contact with myself and other family members, e.g., they came in and exited the house through the basement sliding door as much as possible. All the work itself was performed and completed in their usual timely and competent manner. The new bathroom floor looks great! We certainly plan to continue relying on Carlos for our handyman and home-improvement needs, including a major upgrade of our kitchen, when community circumstances warrant.

So far, we've been very pleased with the work that Carlos and his crew, such as Melvin, have done here. All the work we've asked Carlos to do has been done well and in a timely manner, with him usually letting me know when he'll be arriving and also keeping us informed when he's delayed or can't make it over that day. Overall, Carlos seems to bring a lot of expertise and experience to bear on virtually every type of home repair and upgrading item I've brought up. Which is a perfect fit for us as no one would mistake me for a DIY'er, and as a co-worker observed once on the subject of home ownership, "There's always something!" As a result, he's made suggestions where appropriate to improve or enhance some of the projects we've wanted done, along with offering solutions to general house problems that come up. And with everything we've needed done so far, Carlos is either doing the work himself or else he's on site supervising the work of a crew member(s), which we find reassuring -like he's not there sitting in an office somewhere while sending a crew out to the house. At this point, we expect to continue calling upon Carlos or Metro Home Improvement for our home maintenance and improvement needs.
