  Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. I definitely recommend No More Dirty Roofs to any home owner needing roof cleaning

  Not good. The windows were clean on the outside. But the indoor was a mess! They may have cleaned the window glass, but there was more dirt along the window sills and carpeting and stair way then when they started. I have photos - I was appalled when I arrived home (my husband is nearly blind, and probably didn't notice) and saw the mess. There was dirt and leaves and other debris everywhere inside my house! I paid for them to be cleaned because I didn't have time to do it myself. But I ended up spending the entire weekend cleaning up after them. I really wanted to give my business to a small family owned company. But I expected much more.

  Oscar seems like a knowledgeable contractor who we were eager to do business with. Unfortunately, once we signed a contract and sent a down payment through his primary and only business email, Oscar told us that he never received our contract or money and that his account must have been hacked. He acknowledged the emails were sent from and received by his email account, as did his business email's service provider. We tried to work with him to find a solution for weeks until he eventually stopped responding, taking no responsibility for what was effectively a cyber attack on his business! We are out nearly two grand with no work to show for it as we scramble to find a new contractor

  Excellent customer-focused service! We have a huge yard with many trees and shrubs. I had texted the owner, Devin, with numerous pictures of what I needed mulched in order for him to quote. I told him I would handle the landscape cloth. He sent back a very low quote and said he’d throw in the installation of the landscape cloth. When he arrived, we discovered, because of my poor cell service, that only about four of my dozen pictures had gone through, hence the very low quote. Even though they are a new company, he didn’t hesitate to offer to keep his quote the same and still do all the landscaping and cloth for those trees and shrubs! You don’t find that kind of customer care often. I convinced to pay him the regular price, which was very reasonable. Josh and Jessie are knowledgeable and gave me landscape ideas that I hadn’t thought of. They were professional, caring, and did a top-notch job. My yard looks amazing It’s apparent they love their work and value their customers
