"Kevin worked very closely with us in selecting product and colors for the hardwood, carpet, and paint.  There are so many products and options to choose from, it can be overwhelming.  Kevin was so helpful and provided us with outstanding choices in products and options.  He helped with what was the best value and most appropriate for our application.  Each change we had was met with honest options and advise.  He never tried to take advantage of us when we changed our design.
The ground floor hardwood is a new product that is on slab and very durable.  It is a near exact color match to our 18 year old hardwood on the other floors.  Despite being new, it looks like it was original.  Demo took a day and install just under a day.
Carpet replacement was on the upper 2 floors.  Removal and install was done in less than a day.  Outstanding workmanship.  Our replacement included stair runners that came out perfect.
Interior painting (was completed before the carpet and hardwood replacements), was done over 2 weeks.  This included prep, drywall repairs, and 2 tone paint.  Kevin recommended bright white for the ceiling and trim and a lite gray for the walls.  The contrast between the two is just breathtaking.  He made color selection so easy.
Kevin is very easy to work with and did many things to help us and ensure that our project was successful.  We are very happy with the work that Premier Floors did for us and would use them again!
