"I'm sorry that you feel this way. We completed this job more than two years ago. A stone does not pull away from the framework itself after two years. The warranty policy for our company for all labor is for one year. Although the timeframe for your work was past this warranty, I still repaired it for FREE to make you happy. Our warranty on your project was a one-year warranty and did not cover knocking out a stone from its place. After inspecting the photo, it was clear that the stone was knocked out by an object such as a lawnmower. As a courtesy and out of respect for you as one of my customers, I still chose to fix the issue for free to make you happy. I apologize for needing to reschedule your warranty work. We still came out and repaired the piece past your warranty time, our technician helped improve the job as he is very skilled, and we did this all free of charge, which we did not need to do. Thank you for being our customer, we did go above and beyond for your project, and I'm sorry if you disagree with that assessment."

"Good morning [Member Name Removed], Thank you for your review. While we understand your frustration with the situation, we would also like to comment in regard to your review. The estimate you signed and agreed to has all of the work listed plainly and is bulleted so there is no confusion on what work is being completed. We rescheduled your work due to weather which can unfortunately happen when doing any exterior work. Prior to us coming for the job you took it upon yourself to rip the screening and framework out that was supporting the screens which altered the scope of work. This caused damage to the posts and trim under the gutters that the framework was attached to. We realized there was a change in the scope of work so we came out while the workers sanded your porch ceiling to take measurements for the new framework that needed to be built in order to proceed with the screening option. The framework was not listed in the original agreement. Before we could say whether we were going to charge an additional amount for the framing, which we were not going to do since we were already there and the job was already approved, you kicked us off of your property and said you wanted to go a different route after being aggressive in your manner towards myself and my crew. When I refused to argue with you regarding us leaving the property and halting the work we were in the middle of doing, you seemed shocked and even asked "Oh, so you're not going to try?". Unfortunately, your poor attitude made me feel uncomfortable to continue your job. You did not give us the option to work with you on the issue. The additional work (framework, painting) was never listed on your original estimate, nor did you bring it to our attention after reviewing and before accepting the estimate. You also agreed upon signing the estimate to a 25% cancellation fee, and we only charged $9 per square ft for the sanding of the porch ceiling. We are sorry that things did not work and wish you the best when looking for a new contractor for your job."

"I’m really sorry you feel that way, I priced the job for half-day per our standard to use power tools to finish the job faster. Once you told my crew not to use power tools after they already began the project using power tools, I should have canceled the job, but instead, we kept working and we completed the job in two days without charging any additional fees. I’m apologizing on behalf of my technicians arriving at the end of the time window, but this is the reason that we give a 4 hour time window and not an exact time. When you asked us to perform additional work, you were unhappy when we told you it was going to be for an additional cost."
"Our original price was more than the insurance company, to earn the business we agreed to match the insurance company price and that's why we did not go on the roof just like the insurance company. After we started the job we found out that the attic fan and cover are damaged and need to be replaced and we got the home owners signature and approval to go ahead and replace it. After the entire job was completed she refuse to pay for the attic fan replacement and the labor cost because your insurance company did not want to pay for it. That's not the way to do business. The account was forwarded to our collection agency to collect our final payment."
