"Bill came to my house and reviewed and gave me the estimate to do the adding of the red oak wood flooring in part of my 1st floor and the refinishing of the existing red oak flooring on schedule. Once I accepted the proposal, I scheduled them to do the adding of the new flooring for one date and told him that we needed to do the sanding and finishing on another date after the painters finished. He had no problem working with us on these dates and arrived as scheduled for each phase of work. The work was of the highest quality and was done without any disruptions to our daily activities. Bill did all of the work himself and explained everything he was doing and was very courteous and thoughtful to our needs.
