"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "We had our ancient oil-fired boiler replaced with a natural gas, modern unit and separate hot water heater. On the one hand, it seemed like anything that could go wrong, did go wrong. On the other, we are very happy with the end result. The reason for my excellent rating is that this company responded to all of the issues quickly and decently. When a water leak under the house and another issue caused us to be without water (and hot water) for a night, they sent us to a hotel and paid for it. The owner, Andy Anderson, is a stand up guy. The (many!) extra pieces of work that had to be done (some possibly caused by the workers, but equally possibly due to old piping in a 96 year old house) were done at no extra cost to us, because he stands by his company, the quality of work, and cares about his company's reputation. If one guy didn't know how to do something, another was sent to deal with it, and make it right. Andy saw to the final check personally, which meant a lot to us- the end result is a perfectly functioning boiler and hot water heater. We would highly recommend this company and we are very happy."
