"They came out. They could not clean my tile because they could not remove the sealant.  I did not understand why because my husband and I did it before. It was very labor extensive. They really tried and I watched them. They were really disappointed that they could not remove the sealant. They did offer to return in a couple of days with a different product but it would be an additional charge. The man said he would provide a quote within twenty four hours. Three weeks later, I had to follow up. I did not use this company for the work. I had my deal reimbursed."

Kenny repointed steps on the front and back porch, and repaired couple areas on porch where tiles were cracked and loose. Due to rainy weather I had to wait a few weeks before he could start but the wait was worth it. Kenny and his assistant arrived early and worked in hot, humid conditions.
